Thank you for choosing to use the " APIHELP" application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed by Luis MAR LABS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

The App is built with a deep respect for user privacy. Our core principle is local data storage: we do not collect, sell, or transmit your personal data or the details of your beekeeping farm to any external servers.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

The App requests certain specific permissions on your device solely to provide the promised functionalities. All data generated through these permissions is stored locally, directly in your device's memory.

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): The App uses the microphone exclusively for the "Voice Journal" module, allowing you to dictate and record audio notes about your hives. The audio recordings remain on your device. We do not listen to or transmit these files to any third parties.
• Camera (CAMERA): The App requires camera access strictly for the "QR System" module to scan the QR labels on your hives. We do not take or save photographs, and the QR code processing is done locally.
• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): The "Pastoral Map (GPS)" feature uses your location to allow you to mark your apiaries or summer camps on the map. The coordinates you save are kept strictly in your device's memory. We do not track your real-time location and do not send this data to our servers.

2. Beekeeping and Financial Data

All information you manually enter into the App (e.g., number of hives, Financial Ledger data, Varroa treatment records, queen calendar, or Foraging Radar settings) is saved in your device's local database (SharedPreferences / internal storage). If you uninstall the App, this data will be permanently deleted. We do not have access to your beekeeping logs.

3. Third-Party Services and Payments (Google Play Billing)

To offer Premium features (Subscription or Lifetime package), the App uses the official Google Play Billing service.

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card data.
• All financial transactions are processed securely and exclusively by Google LLC.
• The only information the App receives from Google is a digital "confirmation token" that verifies whether you have purchased the Premium version, allowing us to unlock the tools for you.

4. Data Security

We are committed to maintaining the security of your data. Since the App stores data locally on your device, the security of this data relies heavily on your device's own security measures (passwords, fingerprints, PIN codes). We strongly recommend protecting your device against unauthorized access.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes made to the App or to comply with applicable laws. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and the date at the top of the document will be updated accordingly.
