LUIS MAR LABS ("we", "us", or "our") built the Limba Engleză Explicată app (and other related apps developed by us) as a Free/Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by LUIS MAR LABS and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience while using our Service, our app may require certain permissions. We want to assure you that our app does not collect, store on our servers, or share your personal data with third parties.

The app requests the following sensitive permissions strictly for core functionality:

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): The app uses microphone access strictly for the voice recognition feature, allowing you to practice word pronunciation. Your voice is processed ephemerally, directly on your device or through native Google speech recognition services. We do not record, save, or transmit your audio files to any server belonging to LUIS MAR LABS.
• Battery Optimization (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS / WAKE_LOCK): The app uses these permissions strictly to prevent the audio playback (Text-to-Speech) of lessons from stopping when your phone screen turns off. This allows you to listen to the vocabulary without interruptions. This feature does not collect device usage data.

2. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Play) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other completely anonymous statistics.

3. Security

We value your trust in providing our app with the necessary permissions. Because the processing of sensitive data (like voice) is done locally on the device, its security is guaranteed by the Android operating system.

4. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 with the intention of collecting data. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through unforeseen methods (e.g., direct email), we immediately delete this from our servers.
